In the event that the service information contained on is inaccurate or we fail to deliver the service as described, we will refund you according to the original payment method. We will refund a sum equal to the unused portion of any service purchased minus any term-related discount. For example, if a purchase is made of an annual service and a refund is requested immediately, we will refund the full amount straight away. If a refund is requested after 1 month, we will refund the full amount minus the normal rate for a monthly contract for this service.

Please note that we do not refund any prepaid advertising fees other than for reasons where has mis-represented or mis-delivered a product or service.
