This villa is just a few minutes by car from the Arenal sandy beach and close to the Pinosol park where you will find a playground, barbecue areas and a nice bar.

The villa consists of two floors and has a spacious covered terrace on each floor from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Jávea bay.
