Restaurant with project valid for a hotel situated in an area with great touristic affluence in Dénia las Marinas at 100 metres from the beach and 4km from Dénia centre. The current building consists of a semi-basement floor, which used to be a discotheque.

This space is to be reformed but in the future the preliminary project intends to adapt its use as a car park with space for 34 parking spaces. The ground floor will be used as a reception, cafeteria, restaurant, open terrace and 20 rooms. On the upper floor an important extension is planned, where 27 double rooms will be designed. Finally, on the roof there will be a solarium where you can enjoy the views of the sea and the surroundings.
